We hate it when we do it, but what do you call it?

dohYou email a group of people, and your carefully composed email repeatedly refers to an attached document that you forgot to attach when you sent the mail!

A sheepish email with the forgotten attachment  follows, usually with some reference to early-onset CRS.

Larry Armstrong at SHS recently suggested that we try to come up with a name for that. A noun/verb is needed to describe the event and the act of doing it. (‘It’ = sending an email that refers to an absent-mindedly omitted attachment..)
